got a pain in the upper abdominal left side and in groin?

I am 37/M. I have got pain in the upper abdominal left side and in groin. I have undergone ultra sound test, for both Appendix and Kidney stones, but it is negative. My liver is enlarged, but I do not Drink/Smoke. It pains only during some movement not always. in a day I will have pain in other part of the body also, it is around neck or my arms. I am doing Yoga for the past 2 years.

My guy had this earlier this year.. increase your fiber intake you could have diverticulitis… once he increased his fiber, that can include things like whole wheat cereal and fiber cookies.. he felt a lot better.. its like your large intestine gets pitted and infected you increase the fiber and it works better. At least he is feeling a whole lot better no more pain.
The neck and arms I would say is too much yoga give your body a day off once in a while.
