Exercise DVD?

Iv got an exercise DVD and their is a 10 min warm up and then a 20 min fat burning stage. I’m doing the DVD 3 times a day so I’m doing it for 1hr 30mins a day. Do i have to keep doing the warm up? Or do i just do the warm up when i do it in the morning? Thanks a lot

You can greatly reduce your risk of exercise injury by warming up before you begin.

Do the warmup before each session, unless you are just watching the 20 minute session over again.
