Does anyone know where I can find some boys elastic waist khaki shorts in size 7 or 8?

My son needs these for school. They can’t have cargo pockets. I have looked everywhere and can’t find them. He is a little chubby so I need to buy elastic waist. Thanks!
I tried Walmart, target, jcpenny, sears, and didn’t have any luck.
