What exercise machine works best for thighs?

I naturally have thicker thighs, i was wondering what exercise machine would work best for losing some fat on my inner thighs? Would it be the treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster, or bike? And if you would know please entail how much time would need to be spent on each machine to make a noticeable difference.

mostly everywhere you go, you see these stair climber machines. i have been on one for a long time and you start to feel the burn very easily so i would go with one of those
