What is a good pair of over ear headphones?

I’m looking for a pair of over ear headphones that will last a while, has good sound quality (bass is not an issue with or w/o is fine) good durability is a factor. I’m looking to pay no more than $150. Anyone have some suggestions?
I’ve narrowed it down to two, Skullcandy Skullcrushers or Skullcany G.I.’s?

you can’t go wrong with skull candy…that’s all i use and the sound quality is amazing. make sure they r skull candy tho because there are alot of rip offs out there.
