what is the red acne with no pus called?

i always get these red acne on my cheeks and i cant pop them because there is no pus its just red and swollen what is this called and i never try to pop them but it still leaves red post acne scars from the acne before and i continue to get acne on that spot so my skin tone iss red instead of naural color on my cheeks its so embrasssing

Sounds just like a more severe version of Acne Vulgaris. Its VERY and i mean VERY common. If you afford it, it would be wise to go see a dermatologist who will give you some anti biotics or something else to get rid of the acne.
