What is a good model running watch for me?

I like running watches and I’m pretty serious about it. i need a watch that has one of those sensors in your shoe or something. I’m just looking for the best watch for the money. i don’t want a heart rate watch I want a watch that does like distance, calories burned, pace (steps per minute) and it can’t cost more then $50. anyone have some ideas?
