How can I dye my black gym shorts navy blue?

My gym uniform says I need navy blue shorts. When I was getting my uniform, I got black. I really don’t want to go buy more gym shorts, they’re expensive. The teacher started taking points off my grade. School starts at 8:45.Any way I can dye these shorts blue before school starts?

Bleach them white then dye them Navy blue!
