Shoulder Support?

Hi
has anyone had a shoulder athriscopic process before and how succesful was it?
I use to dislocate my shoulder all the time, I had the op 4 years ago but everytime I go and play football or go out drinking with the lads I worry that my shoulder may go from falling over or someone pulling me by accident.
What is the success rate, or what can I do to protect myself further? I have done exercises but never seem to be able to grow my shoulder muscles, I have about 5 supports but they are all very loose or uncomfortable around the top of the shoulder. I dont want to keep worrying everytime I go out etc but not sure what else to do, hence reason it be good to hear from people who ghad same op or who are physio’s and can advise on success rate

I have never done anything like that. I dislocated my shoulder during football, and now I won’t be playing again. (I also had a spinal injury)

I think it has to do with the fact that I want to be able to have kids, and actually play with them.

But the surgery is probably really good, if someone recommended it for you… they probably think highly of it.

Have you tried swimming? I heard that swimming is good for dislocated shoulders… so is lifting weights
