whats the type of ankle wrap to support an ankle?

i sprained my ankle a couple years ago….
and i was wondering what the best type of ankle wrap was to support an ankle while running.
i start playing lacrosse next week
i have an black ace one that i wrap around but it doesnt support that good
any suggestions please!

i cant renember the name of it for the life of me!

but it is the best ankle wrap i ever used and ive been using it for 2 yrs with soccer and lax and it’s hed up

its like 7 bucks at cvs, black, has plastic in the sides and u strap it in an x formation over ur foot. it has a yellow tag on it, thats like futuro or somehtign with a f on it.
