Back Brace?
I have the worst posture ever. I’m young and already having serious back problems from this. I’m thinking about buying a brace to keep my back straight. Any suggestions or help?
Actually it isn’t because my abdomen is weak. I’ve been slouching since I was young because I was always the tall kid.

A physical therapist might recommend a brace for you, but it would not be a rigid brace. It would be a temporary brace made of elastic. This kind of brace does not hold you up, so much as it sort of “drags” on you to remind you when you start to slouch.
Go to APTA.org, click on “find a PT”, and search your home area.
