Im going on a trip with the school soon…im quite fat and there is a trip the a water park… I obviously want to go…but I would feel so uncomfortable in a swimsuit and quite a lot of people at school give me stick so my mum suggested we tried out some fitness DVDs together.
Im was just wondering if you had any suggestions.
I would like the DVD that does the “bum and tum” as my best friend called it lol.

hi ministry of sound pump it burn it lose it works and has a great sound track some of the moves are hard but you dont have to do all of it and it still works and you learn some cool dance moves to songs like beatfreaks. its ideal for anyone into a good dance choon and you have to laugh at the womans outfit she wears it looks dead funny so it cheers you up to. im 22 and find it brill and something you want to keep doing good luck in your choice
