Anti Fatigue
What are your experiences with anti fatigue eye glasses?
I use a computer more than 8 hours per day and my eye doctor is recommending anti-fatigue lenses for my new prescription. Apprently there is a slight gradation in the strength that is supposed to help with preventing eye fatigue up close. Just wondering if this is a gimmick or if anyone else has had positive experiences with these lenses.
Reduced prescriptions for computer work are very important. Full 20/20 prescriptions for as close as a computer screen are a huge overprescription and a huge strain on the visual system. 20/40 to 20/80 prescriptions for up close can reduce how quickly the eyes tire and blur out.
Relearning to See, clearly naturally, can halt vision blur and loss and often reverses it. People with natural perfect eyesight are not susceptible to macular degeneration and retinal detachment and other similar eye diseases.
