Taking Creatine with Muscle Milk and Multi Vitamin?
Is this safe ? take multi vitamin in the morning, creatine monohydrate before 1 hour work out and muscle milk right after work out. any suggestion ?
I am just a little worried about creatine, things i read online is scaring me. should i take like 1 week break every month ? what happens if you take it only the days you work out (3 – 4 days a week) ? thanks!
No one is certain if creatine needs to be cycled, just to be safe I personally use creatine for 1 month and then I don’t use it for about a week to a week and a half. Take it every day, not just your workout days.
