Tube Belly

Once upon a time when I looked at my belly fat it would cause me to think “will I be this way always and forever”? We were so close and had such a bond I thought I would write about our relationship.
- Belly fat, always and forever, each moment with you. It seems like a nightmare to me, that some how came true.
- And I know tomorrow, will still be the same. Because you refuse to leave and rid me of this shame.
- Everyday, you seem to get in my way and it looks like you are smiling at me too.
- There will always be disgust, when I look at you, it’s something I can’t explain, but something I must do.
- And if you don’t leave soon, I’m not sure what I’ll do. I may have to ask you, to be sucked out with a tube.
- I didn’t think you would be around for this long. You have now out grown your stay. I dream about you day and night packing up and moving away.
- I appreciate the love you have for me, how close we have grown together. But now it’s time for you to go and perhaps find another.
- I will always and forever, remember and cherish you. But I think I’ll be ok without you, I think I can make do.
My belly fat and yours, if you have any, didn’t come over night and it won’t leave overnight either. But we can surely take some steps to say good bye, good riddance, adios, see you later. I think you get the point.
So, if you want to lose belly fat, what should you do?
Firstly, you will need to exercise. There are a number of machines on the market that you can purchase that claim to be the best at reducing or eliminating your excess belly fat. However, the best exercise to help reduce your belly fat is none other than walking or jogging. Your body cannot eliminate fat in just one area of your body.
Yes, you can do crunches or the traditional sit-ups and it will make your mid-section a little tighter and look better. However, without exercising the rest of your body and reducing your fat intake, you probably will not see a significant change.
A good cardio workout can get your heart rate up, boost your metabolism and help you say good bye belly fat. This will help you burn those unwanted calories. Here are some simple steps to take to help you burn those calories.
- Walk briskly or jog lightly for 30 minutes 3 to 4 times per week.
- Daily, perform 60 seconds of hard exercise like running in place. Cool down 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat this process 4 to 7 times.
Remember, belly fat is stored energy. To get rid of it, you need to burn more energy (calories) than you eat.
You will also need to eat the right foods. I know you have heard this before but a flat stomach is made in the kitchen and not the gym. Deciding what to eat can be difficult, especially with the mass of conflicting and confusing information out there. When it comes to nutrition, most people have been given only half the story. Usually, it’s the wrong half!
Ultimately, while there are a few basic principles to keep in mind when it comes to nutrition and weight loss, losing belly fat requires that you take in fewer calories than you burn. Don’t be seduced into following an overly complicated diet masquerading under the guise of a “new and revolutionary” approach to weight loss.
Finally, you’ll need to be consistent. To lose belly fat, eating right and exercising regularly needs to become a habit, not just something you do when you can be bothered or when you “have the time.”
Make time for your body and your health. You only get one shot with this body of yours. There is no 2nd chance. There is no bail-out to help you get a new one.
Don’t be attached to your belly fat always and forever. Say good bye belly fat and hello to a healthier and happier you. You deserve it!
