Can anyone advise me on what physio therapy exercise I should do to get rid of shoulder ache and neck aches?

I noticed everytime I use my computer like now, those pains will come, but when I do something else like sit down and watch TV those pains dont seem to be there. I tried changing the level of my computer chair, but it didnt help.The aches are mostly on the left side.
