How do u fix a carl lewis treadmill belt that keeps slipping?

i bought the carl lewis mopt12 treadmill recently. the belt keeps slipping after a few steps, i can’t find the instructions. does anyone know how to adjust it?

Call Carl and see if he can come over and fix it in his spare time. If not, maybe Ben Johnson is available.
